It can bring forward the subconscious, and help you feel calm, grounded and relaxed.

As an Art Therapy Practitioner, my aim is to help you find a sense of calm through art — through play and experimentation. And if you think you’re not good at art, that’s even better.

Being creative is for exploration, not expectation.
