About Me

My name is Annie. I’m an Art Therapy Practitioner, artist, and mother to two adult boys. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through creativity.

I’ve always been drawn to abstract art — bold colour, texture, collage, and the unexpected. I love creating work that holds a feeling, something the viewer can connect to in their own way. A memory, a place, a moment in time.

Through my practice, I develop creative pause kits designed to help you unwind, explore, and gently come back to yourself. Art is a powerful, therapeutic tool — a way to process, release, and calm the mind.

My own art journey began early in life and has taken many forms, always returning to abstraction. What started as a simple love of making became something more when someone asked to buy my work — and from there, everything grew. Studying art therapy deepened my understanding of the connection between creativity and the mind, and shifted how I see both art and its potential to support wellbeing.

I am a proud Aboriginal and Irish woman. My great-grandmother, on my matriarchal side, was born on Woiwurrung Country, and I live and create on Palawa Country. While my work spans different styles, there are often quiet traces of my heritage that emerge — subtle, intuitive, and always present.
