Emotional Flowers is a gentle art therapy session where feelings bloom into colour. Each petal you paint becomes a reflection of an emotion you choose, coloured in the way only you see and feel it. As we create, we discover how differently — and beautifully — we each experience colour, and how those colours can help us recognise, express, and share our emotions.
Anyone can be a part of these sessions - you do NOT need to be in distress to enjoy the benefits of art therapy. You may just want some time out, to take a breather and enjoy the process. These sessions are a safe space where you can be yourself, and are designed so you can switch off and enjoy some down time, while assisting with your current situation.
LOCATION: Gawler, Tasmania. As these sessions are held in my home studio, an email with the exact address will be sent to you upon purchase of the session, along with contact details and further information.
