The perfect storm. Amazing bright sun shining through the dark and angry clouds. It creates reflections on the water and the sand that’s almost too bright to look at. There’s something so calming about watching the storm clouds roll in over the water.
We have some pretty amazing sunsets in Tasmania and this is no exception. The reference photo for this artwork was taken at West Beach, Ulverstone’s on the NW coast. A beautiful sandy beach, sometimes full of shells or seaweed, good for surfing and fishing off the break wall.
